LK is a made-to-order house. Each grail is patterned digitally in our London house after you order, then produced by our manufacturing partners. All items are subject to the same return code regardless of category — caps and accessories included.
All pieces — final sale
Once production begins (within 48 hours of order) we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any piece. If you are unsure on sizing, contact studio@lohokur.com before ordering — the studio team is small and we will help.
Defects
If a piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email studio@lohokur.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund.
