This piece is made individually for you. Once your order is placed, your garment is digitally rendered and patterned in our London house, then sent to one of our manufacturing partners in London, Tokyo, or Shenzhen for production. You will receive a personal confirmation email with a detailed timeline within 24 hours. Full tracking is provided from the moment your garment ships. Production and delivery takes 4–7 weeks.

UK 3–5 working days · Europe 5–8 working days · Rest of World 7–14 working days. Every order is shipped fully insured via tracked courier.

Free worldwide shipping on all orders over £250.

Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Email studio@lohokur.com and we will arrange everything for you — no complicated forms, no waiting.

Every piece carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a seam, fastening, or material fails under normal wear within 12 months, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This is our commitment to the work that leaves our house.
