When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding holidays or periods of high volume. Fulfilment times may vary for made-to-order items — please refer to the product page for specific timelines.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped from London. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for the UK, 5–8 for Europe and 7–14 for the rest of world from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for courier delays that may occur during transit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your order, including product and size, before completing checkout.

What does made to order mean?

Made-to-order pieces are crafted individually once your order is placed. Your garment is digitally rendered and patterned in our London house, then manufactured by one of our production partners in London, Tokyo, or Shenzhen. This process takes 4–7 weeks. You will receive a personal confirmation email within 24 hours of ordering with a detailed production timeline and full tracking from the moment it ships.

Why are some pieces made to order?

We produce in intentionally small quantities. Made-to-order allows us to build each piece with care rather than holding excess stock. It also means your garment carries something that mass production never will — it was made because you asked for it.

Can I cancel a made-to-order piece?

Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel made-to-order items. Please ensure you are happy with your selection, including size, before completing checkout.

Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Email studio@lohokur.com and we will arrange everything for you — no complicated forms, no waiting. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every piece carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a seam, fastening, or material fails under normal wear within 12 months, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Email studio@lohokur.com with photos and your order number.

How do I know what size to order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from London. For international shipments, the package will be transferred to your local courier once it enters your country.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Yes. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery, as these charges are not collected by us at checkout. Due to fluctuations in import and export taxes worldwide, we do not charge these fees in advance. Any customs or import fees must be paid directly upon delivery. Failure to pay these charges may result in your order being forfeited without refund.

What is an LK Identity Code?

Every identity we release — a complete look within a collection — is assigned a unique LK Identity Code. Each garment is tied to its identity code, linking it to the collection it belongs to and its production details.

What is LK House Studio?

Our private membership tier. Residents get access to unreleased variants, downloadable garment patterns and free starter-tier access to all LK software. £20/month.

Do you sell in stores?

We work with select stockists worldwide. Check the Stockists section in our menu for current retail partners.
